B-52s return to Pacific for routine Continuous Bomber Presence mission

Six U.S. Air Force B-52H Stratofortress bombers and approximately 300 Airmen from Barksdale Air Force Base (AFB), Louisiana, are deploying to Andersen AFB, Guam, in support of U.S. Pacific Command’s (PACOM) Continuous Bomber Presence (CBP) mission.

Security forces: our first line of defense

Every time someone enters the base, a security forces Airman is surveying and monitoring them to ensure there are no threats or red flags that could compromise the base and the safety of Airmen and their families.
