This is why we have partnered with our civilian network colleagues to improve access to breast (mammography) and colon cancer (colonoscopy) screening. Patients identified as due or overdue for a preventive breast cancer or colon cancer screening may be called by our network colleagues to assist with scheduling. If you receive this call from one of our network facilities please go ahead and schedule an appointment that is convenient for you. If you have already received this screening please supply a copy of the results to the 2nd MDG Referral Management Center in person or fax them to 318-456-7746 or 318-456-7751 to update your medical record.
