Slowing the Buff: AFE Airmen pack, maintain B-52 drag chutes
Senior Airman Scott Plummer, 2nd Operations Support Squadron aircrew flight equipment journeyman, hangs a wet canopy in a drying tower at Barksdale Air Force Base, La., June 7, 2016. Plummer hung the canopy to dry prior to re-packing it into a chute deployment bag. Wet canopies need to be dried to avoid mildew and other issues caused by water.
