BARKSDALE AIR FORCE BASE, La. -- Barksdale AFB recently implemented a new information source for obtaining gate updates for the installation.
The new phone line is an additional resource for community members, visitors, or patrons of the installation to be informed on hours and closures of the four base gates—West (Shreveport), North (Bossier), Industrial and Bodcau. The information line number is 318-529-BASE (2273).
Gate updates can also be found on Barksdale’s official Facebook page, or via the U.S. Air Force Connect App, listed under 2nd Bomb Wing.
