Load teams from the 20th and 96th Aircraft Maintenance Units compete against one another to load their munitions the fastest, safest and with the least amount of discrepancies at Barksdale Air Force Base, La., Feb. 16,2018. All load crews are required to perform a minimum of one load a month to be evaluated and only the two teams with the best records for the quarter are chosen to compete in the load competition.
