A 2nd Medical Group doctor checks the breathing of a simulated patient during a chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear decontamination exercise on Barksdale Air Force Base, La., Nov. 15, 2017. In this exercise, patients self-presented themselves to the clinic with chemical exposure.
