Brad McDonald, 88th Air Base Wing commander, asks 2nd Civil Engineer Squadron Airmen about their personal goals during a Commander-in-Chief’s Installations Excellence Award evaluation at Barksdale Air Force Base, La., Jan. 18, 2017. McDonald and several other Air Force Installation Excellence Selection Board members toured more than 50 work centers over the course of the two-day evaluation, meeting with Team Barksdale members from both the 2nd and 307th Bomb Wings, 8th Air Force, Air Force Global Strike Command and other mission partners.
