Barksdale soccer team kicks Worlds

The team recently competed in the Defenders Cup in San Antonio, Texas, and exceeded their expectations by finishing fourth out of 40 teams and went further into the tournament than any other all-Air Force team. The Defenders Cup is essentially the World Cup for the United States Armed Forces, where each year military installations from across the nation send teams to compete and represent their branches of service.
