2015 Defenders of Liberty Air Show
The U.S. Navy Flight Demonstration Team Blue Angels C-130 Hercules, Fat Albert, soars through the sky during the 2015 Defenders of Liberty Air Show at Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana, May 1. Fat Albert is a nickname given to the plane by Marine Corps Blue Angel pilots in the 1970s because of its size and shape. It is a reference to the popular children's cartoon of the same era.
