Staff Sgt. John Hines, 2nd Communications Squadron cable and antenna systems, monitors 2nd CS Airmen scale a communications tower on Barksdale Air Force Base, La., Nov. 19, 2014. Airmen from the 2nd CS cable and antenna maintenance are responsible for maintaining all physical and fiber optic structures. There is a total of 90,000 miles of cable on base.
