Airman 1st Class Manuel Figueroa, 2nd Munitions Squadron armament flight technician, uses a proof load tester on a MAU-12 on Barksdale Air Force Base, La., Sept. 11, 2013. Figueroa used the tester to see if the MAU-12 is working properly and capable of holding the weight of a bomb. The MAU-12 is able to withstand 2,840 pounds per square inch of pressure.
