Bossier Gate construction begins

Staff Sgt. Nolan Strange, front, and Tech. Sgt. David Torres, 2nd Civil Engineer Squadron pavements and heavy equipment operators, use excavators to help begin construction on the Bossier Gate at Barksdale Air Force Base, La., Dec. 10, 2013.
