Common access card policy changes

A new policy regarding common access cards that were terminated due to being lost, stolen, destroyed or confiscated was introduced May 16, 2014. Personnel who have lost their common access cards must present documentation proving the incident was reported to either security forces or a CAC-sponsoring agency, the supported unit, to card issuing officials.
