Seeking Help: Breaking the Habit
According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, more than 440,000 deaths are attributable to cigarette smoking. Some diseases attributable to smoking are lung cancer, stroke, ischemic heart disease and obstructive pulmonary disease. “Kicking the habit” can be a daunting task, but by involving supportive family and friends, they can help you quit.
