Veterans reminisce during memorial dedication

Robert Etchberger, brother of Chief Master Sgt. Richard Etchberger, killed in action, and John David place a wreath at the base of the 1st Combat Evaluation Group Skyspot Memorial. The dedication ceremony was held at the 8th Air Force Museum, located on Barksdale Air Force Base, La., Sept. 18.
