A B-52 Stratofortress is displayed with an assortment of the diverse range of munitions it can carry. The B-52 is capable of dropping or launching the most extensive array of weapons in the U.S. inventory, including gravity bombs, cluster bombs, naval mines, precision guided munitions, joint direct attack munitions and air-launched cruise missiles. Updated with modern technology, the B-52 is a highly effective tool in a wide variety of missions and will continue into the 21st century as an important element of our nation's defenses.
