Mr. Harold “Buck” Rigg, founding curator of the 8th Air Force Museum, receives a photo of an aircraft from Master Sgt. (Ret.) Mike Kaplan, Air Force Academy contract photographer, during his retirement ceremony in the Barksdale Officers’ Club Oct. 14.
