“We can do it!”
Col. Steven Basham, 2d Bomb Wing commander, addresses the men and women of Barksdale’s 2d BW in preparation for an upcoming conventional operational readiness inspection. Colonel Basham said, “I know you are tired,” and sympathized with Airmen about the long hours and missed weekends they have contributed to the mission. He advised them, that he would again call on their excellence and attention to detail for the upcoming CORI, and reminded Airmen to always remember their reason for serving for inspiration when they feel they have nothing left to give.
