Airmen Holiday Cookie Drive
Barksdale Air Force Base, La. - Master Sgt. John Jacob, 8th Air Force, places a plate of cookies on a dorm resident's bed, Dec. 15 during the Airmen Holiday Cookie Drive. First Sergeant Association delivered more than 600 cookies to the Airmen. Numerous volunteers helped bake, buy and prepare more than 1,000 wrapped cookie plates. Baked goods were delivered not only to the Airmen in the dorms, but the youth center, security forces, gate security, fire department, billeting and Airman Leadership School as well.
