BARKSDALE AIR FORCE BASE, La. -- Chief Master Sgt. James Flascheriem, Charter Chief, salutes the flag during a retreat ceremony performed by the students of Airman Leadership School class 10-4 March 26. The students performed a retreat ceremony in Chief Flascheriem's honor after he donated his white mess dress to the school. BARKSDALE AIR FORCE BASE, La. -- Chief Master Sgt.
