WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Staff Sgt. David Flowers, an Explosive Ordnance Disposal technician from Barksdale Air Force Base, La., poses with his wife Elizabeth from his hospital bed at Walter Reed Medical Center in Washington, D.C.
