Restoring a B-52D

BARKSDALE AIR FORCE BASE, La. -- Contractor Jeff Roan sands off the paint of a B-52D bomber Oct. 19 at the Eighth Air Force Museum. Many contractors are working to restore the aircraft to its original paint and condition. This particular bomber flew in Operation Linebacker II during the Vietnam War.
