Barksdale Arbor day celebration

Col. Tim Fay, 2nd Bomb Wing commander, helps Everett Lejeune from the 2nd Civil Engineer Squadron replace the old Tree City USA sign at Barksdale Air Force Base, La., Nov. 19. The Tree City USA program, sponsored by the Arbor Day Foundation provides direction, technical assistance, public attention, and national recognition for urban and community forestry programs.
