AFGSC announces 12 OAY

Chief Master Sgt. Brian Hornback, command chief for Air Force Global Strike Command, congratulates Outstanding Non-Commissioned Officer of the Year, Tech. Sgt. Bradley Williams, the acting first sergeant for the 5th Logistics Readiness Squadron at Minot Air Force Base, N.D.
