Max Out Friday Winners
A trophy rests on a bench in the fitness center on Barksdale Air Force Base, La., April 19. Two trophies were presented to the winners of the Maxed Out Friday Bench Press Competition. The competition was divided into male and female categories . Capt. Dustin Long, 11th Bomb Squadron, was the top male performer and Tech. Sgt.
