Airman 1st Class Carlos Villegas, 2nd Operations Squadron air traffic controller, briefs weather information to incoming aircraft on Barksdale Air Force Base, La., Aug. 9. The tower has at least four air traffic controllers on shift at all times, including the local controller, flight data, ground controller and the watch supervisor.
