Bird's eye view
Standing at approximately 10 stories tall, the base air traffic control tower houses several offices and the air traffic control crew that run the aircraft activity on the flight line. The tower has at least four air traffic controllers on shift at all times, including the local controller, flight data, ground controller and the watch supervisor. More than 30 operations are run over a 24-hour period and is manned seven days a week. (U.S. Air Force photo/Senior Airman Amber Ashcraft) (RELEASED)
