BARKSDALE AIR FORCE BASE, La. -- A child looks up at Santa Claus after opening his gift during Barksdale's Santas in Blue Christmas party held at the Bossier City Civic Center in Bossier City, La., Dec. 17. SIB is a committee formed by Barksdale's Top Three organization, which teamed up with the Department of Children Family Services to provide gifts for more than 400 children in foster care.
