Tracy Pierce, 2nd Force Support Squadron veterinarian, examines Chico, a 13 year-old Yorkshire Terrier, for cataracts during his annual check-up at the veterinary clinic on Barksdale Air Force Base, La., April 16. The primary mission of the doctors and technicians is to provide medical care for the Military Working Dogs. In addition, the vet clinic offers an abundance of services including vaccinations, blood work, heartworm testing, microchipping and prescription medications.
