2012 Barksdale AFB Air Show

Two T-6 aircraft race over the crowd during the Flight of the Phoenix performance at the 2012 Barksdale Air Force Base Defenders of Liberty Air Show April 22. T-6s were the mainstay of pilot training for the Allied Forces in World War II. Over a period of 25 years, several hundred thousand pilots in 34 different countries were trained using this aircraft.
