SEAC visits Barksdale
Col. Andrew Gebara, 2nd Bomb Wing commander, briefs U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Maj. Bryan Battaglia, senior enlisted advisor to the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, about the B-52H Stratofortress and its capabilities on Barksdale Air Force Base, La., May 22. The B-52 is capable of flying 8,800 miles without being refueled by another aircraft. The 60-year-old aircraft is classified as a long-range, heavy bomber and is capable of carrying 70,000 pounds of mixed ordnance.
