A member of the Shreveport Metropolitan Concert Band sings a patriotic tune during a free concert held at Hoban Hall on Barksdale Air Force Base, La., June 30. The SMCB, established in 1984, is the premier community band in Louisiana and is the oldest, continuously operating band in Shreveport, La.
