Vietnam Vet dines with AFSA Airmen

Richard Garner, Department of Louisiana Military Order of the Purple Heart commander, gives his account of what happened to his unit during the Vietnam War during an Air Force Sergeants Association membership luncheon on Barksdale Air Force Base, La., July 17. Garner and members of his unit were rescued by U.S. Air Force Pararescueman Airman 1st Class William Pitsenbarger.
