Maintenance with a twist
Airman 1st Class Andrew Boyer, 2nd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron aircraft pneudraulics journeyman, twists a safety wire connected to a spoiler actuator for a B-52H Stratofortress on Barksdale Air Force Base, La., July 19. Boyer twisted the safety wire to make it stronger. The wire is used to prevent hex-nuts from loosening and leaking hydraulic fluid. (U.S. Air Force photo/Airman 1st Class Micaiah Anthony)(RELEASED)
