Aircrew helmet cleaning

A disassembled aircrew helmet lays on a table on Barksdale Air Force Base, La., Sept. 5. The helmet is disassembled by Airmen from the 2nd Operations Support Squadron aircrew flight equipment in order to be cleaned. The Airmen also ensure nothing is broken or cracked.
