16th annual Celebrate Barksdale

Capri the Clown hands a balloon monkey to Fiona Flatford, 9, daughter of Tech. Sgt. Wendell Flatford, 2nd Logistics Readiness Squadron, during Celebrate Barksdale on Barksdale Air Force Base, La., Oct. 5. The event had activities for kids which included hoola hoops, face painting, balloon animals and much more. The 16th annual event is hosted by the Shreveport-Bossier Military Affairs council and gives the local community a chance to show their appreciation for the military.
