2 SFS preps for GSC

Airman 1st Class Cody Rothery, 2nd Security Forces Squadron patrolman, reaches for a 40mm practice round for a M-203 grenade launcher on Barksdale Air Force Base, La., Sept. 10. Rothery practiced firing the M-203 in preparation for the 2012 annual Global Strike Challenge. Security forces Airmen selected to participate in the challenge practiced firing the M-203 grenade laungher, M-9 pistol, M-240B machine gun and the M-4 carbine rifle.
