Precision measurements for a precision aircraft
A torque wrench is attached to a calibration machine at the Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory at Barksdale Air Force Base, La., Nov. 7. PMEL calibrates more than 7,500 pieces of test, measurement and diagnostic equipment for 120 different offices.
