Giving the BUFF oxygen
Senior Airman Princeton Drake, 20th Aircraft Maintenance Unit crew chief, services a B-52H Stratofortress as liquid oxygen vents out on Barksdale Air Force Base, La., Jan. 8. The B-52 contains three converters that hold up to 25 liters of liquid oxygen. When a converter is full, liquid oxygen will start to vent out of the aircraft as an indicator to stop.
