An F-16 Fighting Falcon from Shaw Air Force Base, S.C., prepares to land on the flightline at Barksdale Air Force Base, La., Jan. 17. Barksdale hosted the F-16s, aircrew and maintenance Airmen from Shaw for the exercise Green Flag East 13-03. The exercise is held in Leesville, La., and is typically used to prepare fighter squadrons for close air support missions down range.
