Capt. Benjamin Meighan, 2nd Medical Support Squadron, recounts his personal story of resilience during Resilience Training Assistant training on Barksdale Air Force Base, La., Feb. 26. The class teaches various ways Airmen can be resilient: physical, mental, spiritual and social.
