AFE preserve lives by maintaining life-saving equipment
Senior Airman Blake Hill, 2nd Operations Support Squadron Aircrew Flight Equipment, applies a lubricant to the zipper of an OTS-600 anti-exposure suit on Barksdale Air Force Base, La., May 1, 2013. The lubricant is applied to the zipper to ensure a smooth zip up before inflating the suit. By inflating the OTS-600, AFE Airmen can check for any tears or holes on the suit.
