Da Cunha 2nd Bomb Wing Public Affairs BARKSDALE AIR FORCE BASE, La. - -- The Global Strike Challenge is the world's premier bomber, Intercontinental Ballistic Missile and security forces competition between units from Air Force Global Strike Command, Air Combat Command, Air Force Materiel Command, Air Force Reserve Command and Air National Guard. Through competition and teamwork, the event fosters esprit de corps, recognizes outstanding AFGSC personnel and teams, and improves combat capabilities.
