Bain RANK: Airman First Class SQUADRON: 96th Bomb Squadron JOB TITLE: Aviation Resource Management HOMETOWN: Miami HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN IN THE MILITARY? A year and six months WHO IS THE MOST INFLUENTIAL PERSON IN THE MILITARY AND WHY? It's really hard for me to say because everyone that I work with in my career field has been an influence to me. I can start with Master Sgt. Miller, to Tech. Sgt. select Peacock, to Senior Airman Ross to Staff Sgt. select Mercy, etc. The people I work with keep me focused and strong. They taught me that you have to work hard for the things you want. Also, that anything is possible if you put your mind to it. I look up to these people and appreciate all the things they've done for me. WHY DID YOU JOIN THE MILITARY? I joined the military to better my life and myself. Before joining the military I didn't have a perfect life, not even a semi-good life. Plus, when I was a sophomore in high school I joined JROTC and did two years of that. After my first year I told myself that I would join the Air Force. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING TO DO IN THE LOCAL AREA? I love to go out with my friends and shop. WHAT DO YOU LIKE BEST ABOUT YOUR JOB? The people that I work with everyday. Also, how great it feels to know that I play an important role in the 2d Bomb Wing mission, the 96th Bomb Squadron mission, and my mission as an Airman.
