WHO IS THE MOST INFLUENTIAL PERSON IN THE MILITARY AND WHY? Lt. Col. Timothy Garten is the most influential person. His leadership and strong sense of duty have pushed me to be the best in all I do. He is a great mentor and great pharmacist.
