BARKSDALE AIR FORCE BASE, La. -- The third annual Oktoberfest was held at 4:30 p.m. Oct. 1 outside the Barksdale Club. The Barksdale Oktoberfest is based on the traditional German Oktoberfest, a 200 year-old festival held in Munich.
