Base officials release new off-limits list Published Nov. 25, 2008 By Staff Reports BARKSDALE AIR FORCE BASE, La. -- The following establishments are off limits and out of bounds for all military personnel assigned to Barksdale AFB: Pipes Emporium at 1304 Centenary, Shreveport, La., and Kokopellis at 630 Commerce St., Shreveport, La. Military personnel are prohibited from entering the above off-limits establishments or areas. Violators may be subject to disciplinary action under the Uniform Code of Military Justice. Punishment may include restriction to base, reduction in grade, fines or forfeitures.
