BARKSDALE AFB, LA – On Tuesday, July 21, at 9:30 a.m. there will be a ceremony in front of the 2d Bomb Wing Headquarters Building in remembrance of the RAIDR 21 crew. The base populace is invited to attend and is requested to walk to the location due to limited parking. Also, Barksdale Boulevard will be closed prior to the ceremony to vehicle traffic and will reopen after the ceremony has concluded.
