Chief Master Sergeant Demetrius N. Booth

Chief Master Sergeant Demetrius N. Booth is the Senior Enlisted Leader, 2d Mission Support Group, Barksdale AFB, LA. He serves as principal advisor to the group commander and provides leadership, management, and guidance for organizing, equipping, training, and mobilizing more than 1,900 personnel assigned to meet home station and expeditionary mission requirements that support global combat capabilities. He advises six squadron commanders on ways to best execute mission requirements and provides professional guidance and career counseling to Mission Support Group personnel.     

Chief Booth entered the Air Force in 1999. He attended Basic Military Training and then completed technical training at the Security Forces Academy at Lackland AFB, Texas. He has held various positions throughout the spectrum of the Security Forces community. His assignments include bases in Montana, The Republic of Korea, Georgia, Texas, Nebraska, and Alabama. He also served oversea in Republic of Korea and deployed in support of Operations IRAQI FREEDOM, ENDURING FREEDOM, INHERENT RESOLVE and FREEDOM SENTINEL.

Prior to assuming his current position, he served as the Senior Enlisted Leader, 14th Security Forces Squadron, Columbus AFB, Mississippi.
