Barksdale CDC East to begin renovation

The East CDC at Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana will be under construction beginning September 19, 2023 to receive necessary renovations including new flooring, roof, paint and an updated heat, ventilation and air conditioning system. The East CDC was built in 1972 and is one of the oldest in the Air Force.

The East CDC at Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana, is using some of their rooms for storage on August 29, 2023, as they prepare for renovations. The East CDC will begin construction in late September to update and improve the facility.
